User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between the owner of the website hxnnxs.ru (hereinafter referred to as hxnnxs.ru or the Administration) on the one hand, and the user of the website on the other. The site hxnnxs.ru is a mass media platform.

  • By using the site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
  • If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not use the hxnnxs.ru site!

Subject of the Agreement

The Administration grants the user the right to place the following information on the site:

  • Text information
  • Audio materials
  • Video materials
  • Photographic materials
  • Links to materials hosted on other websites

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The user has the right to:

  • Search for information on the site
  • Obtain information on the site
  • Create information for the site
  • Distribute information on the site
  • Comment on the content posted on the site
  • Copy information to other websites with the source specified
  • Use the site’s information for personal non-commercial purposes
  • Use the site’s information for commercial purposes with the Administration’s permission

The Administration has the right to:

  • Create, modify, and cancel rules at its discretion and as needed
  • Restrict access to any information on the site
  • Create, modify, or delete information
  • Delete user accounts
  • Refuse registration without providing reasons

The user agrees to:

  • Not disrupt the functionality of the site
  • Not use scripts (programs) for automated information collection and/or interaction with the site and its services

The Administration agrees to:

  • Maintain the site's functionality, except in cases where this is impossible due to reasons beyond the Administration's control.

Liability of the Parties

  • The user bears full responsibility for the information they distribute.
  • The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of information copied from other sources.
  • The Administration is not liable for the discrepancy between the user’s expected and the actual services received.
  • The Administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties.
  • In case of force majeure situations (military actions, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the user, nor the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement comes into effect with any use of the site. The Agreement will cease to be valid when a new version appears. The Administration reserves the right to change this Agreement unilaterally at its discretion. The Administration does not notify users about changes to the Agreement.

The Agreement is developed based on the legal documents of the "Pravil" service.
